Join Chef Joseph Jacobson of The Oak Table, located in downtown Columbia, SC, for a four-course dinner on Sunday, February 24th to introduce Louie’s Kids to the Columbia community. The chef-driven menu will be complemented by a champagne reception, signature wine pairings and a live auction.

“This dinner is keeping a lot of promises,” says Louis Yuhasz, Founder and CEO of Louie’s Kids. “We’re keeping our promise to ┬áColumbia to bring more opportunities to kids, we’re keeping one to Chef Jacobson to continue to work together, and most importantly, we’re keeping promises to the children of South Carolina as we raise money to invest in the Columbia area to fight childhood obesity,” add Yuhasz. “We want to help kids keep their promises to live healthier by starting the year off right with a delicious collaboration between The Oak Table and the nation’s oldest organization helping kids who are struggling with obesity.”

“Louis and I have worked together before, and I have also had the honor of working one-one-one with some of the Louie’s Kids children in my professional kitchen,” Chef Jacobson shares. “Louis and I are both food advocates who are concerned for an entire generation of kids,” add Jacobson. “I have been committed to Louie’s Kids and their work for several years now and am proud to help spread the message to the Columbia community.”
