A huge thank you to everyone who helped make our first Nashville dinner a huge success! We could not have been more excited to kick off 2013 by introducing Nashville to Louie’s Kids.

The Resolutions Dinner, held at Bob Waggoner’s Watermark Restaurant was the perfect location to host our party. Chefs Michelle Weaver (Charleston Grill) and Frank Lee (Slightly North of Broad) traveled to Nashville and worked with Bob on an amazing dinner that was enticing for any foodie. It included Scallop Ceviche, Rabbit Ravioli, and a Pork Stuffed Quail all paired with winemaker Mark Ray’s Perception Wines. We were entertained with the songs of Julie Roberts & Bonnie Bishop, who welcomed us into their hearts through their music.

The money raised at this event will help combat childhood obesity across the country. Through our efforts in Nashville, we’ve already made a connection to the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee to create a fund to support programs with a behavioral component to weight loss.

Together, we can do this! We are thankful for the efforts of everyone involved in this dinner and could not be more appreciative. A special thanks to the Hutton Hotel for providing us with impeccable accommodations and customer service. We all can’t wait to return to Nashville again!
