Most of us know that fried chicken, a southern staple, is unhealthy. Frankly, there’s no if, ands, or buts about it. The chicken acts as a sponge and becomes crunchy fat-filled unhealthy mess. I often get the question, “If I don’t fry my chicken, how do I cook it?” It is possible to make an oven ‘fried’ chicken with that same crunchy savory bite!
