Happy weekend! I thought I’d share a simple way to make a healthy version of a kid favorite: pizza! I found a recipe for Easy Mini Nacho Pizzas that looks divine! On top of that, it’s under 200 kcal per serving with 5 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein. These are vegan pizzas, which means they don’t contain animal products. However, you don’t have to use vegan refried beans and can use nonfat Greek yogurt to replace the vegan sour cream. I actually like Greek yogurt better- so thick and creamy! Check it out!
