1 angel food cake, baked
3 cup fat free cool whip
6 tb equal sweetener
1 pt fresh strawberries
1 small can crushed pineapple
Mini marshmallows
Oven Temp ~ 350°
Baking Time ~ 1 hour & 15 min
Pan Type ~ 10 inch tube pan

Take an Angel Food cake, baked or bought, and cut off about 1/2 inch from top. Save. Then cut out the middle leaving a shell of about 1 inch thickness all around. Whip together fat free cool whip and Equal Sweetener. Take 1/2 of the cool whip and set aside for the frosting. Save 6 prize berries for top of cake. Slice remaining.

To the other 1/2 of cool whip, add the sliced berries, well drained pineapple, 1/2 cup mini marshmallows. Mix well, then put into cake shell. Cover with the saved top and frost with the remaining whipped cream. Top with the 6 prize berries. Chill 8 to 12 hours for best results.
